The annual community-wide Spring Cleanup Day is Saturday, April 29th from 9 – 11 am. Each year a group of Carriage Hills residents walks the open space area around Scott Ponds to pick up trash. This year I’m planning to join their project and I’m wondering if anyone would like to volunteer along with me. If we have several new volunteers we could include parts of Carriage Drive and Fish Creek Road as well as the area around the ponds. At this point I’m only looking for those who are tentatively interested. It’s still 2 weeks away and I know plans can change at this busy time of year.
